SALISBURY, NC-The Elizabeth City State University Lady Vikings collected their first sweep of the season with wins over Livingstone College 11-0 and 16-1.

In game one, sophomore pitcher Alicia Graham struck out 7 of 16 batters faced and allowed only one hit in the 11-0 shut out of the Lady Blue Bears. At the plate, ECSU scored 11 runs on 13 hits.

LC's Lakenya McNair helped the home team avoid a second shut-out, catching the Lady Vikings sleeping, scoring by stealing home. The Lady Vikings 6-4 (CIAA 6-4) will travel to face the defending CIAA Champion Lady Trojans of Virginia State University in Petersburg, VA. The CIAA doubleheader is slated to begin at 1:00pm on the VSU campus.
