ECSU invites all vendors to market their product, with the stipulation that they abide by policies set and that their product in no way violate any university, state, city, or federal laws. The home site will operate the general concession, selling drinks- hot dogs -and hamburgers; therefore, no one will be permitted to sell these items. We will have limited space, so secure your permit early. Vendor permits must be secured on or before October 18, 2008. No onsite vendor permits will be issued. All vendors will be required to display their vendor permit at their designated location. Vendors will be provided with a space of 12ft in width. Any tents, tables, or other display equipment should fit in this space. (You are provided a space only, the vendor is responsible for any equipment, supplies-tents, tables, chairs, etc.). The vendor permit will admit two persons into the stadium area. All additional persons must have a ticket.
